Responsibilities:

• Lead risk, internal audit, controls and governance advisory engagements, including compliance review, operational assessment and environmental, social and governance reporting etc.;
• Manage multiple engagements by monitoring progress such as developing audit plans, delivering project results, transferring technical knowledge and writing reports;
• Assess client’s issues, risks and controls critically and collaborate with team members and clients to complete the deliverable with value-added recommendations;
• Assist in the business development activities, such as proposals, conferences, and/or other thought leadership materials; and
• Support the practice development as well as the development and management of staff.
  
  

Requirements:

• 5-7 years’ experience in internal audit, risk management and compliance review with a large accounting firm, financial institution, multinational or listed companies;
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or in a business related field, preferably with CPA, CIA or CISA or relevant professional designation;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills;
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and presentation skills;
• Good command of verbal and written English, Cantonese, and Putonghua and proficient in MS Office
