Job Description

Overview:
• The HR Manager is a key enabling role to drive culture change, employee engagement, performance management, organizational transformation as well as processes and employee best-practice;
• To contribute the achievement of the company goals, by providing a prospective and effective HR support, maintaining close contact with the managers and employees, and optimizing and executing human resources policies and processes to ensure the recruitment, training, retention and motivation of quality talent. 

 

Responsibilities:
• Overall responsible for all HR activities in the region and ensure its HR services are in alignment with the organisation goals;
• Establish, implement and update Human Resource management policy ensuring that they are in line globally and consistently, whilst meeting local requirement;
• Ensure the Pulse HR system and all staffs’ personnel files are updated and maintained in time, ensure the HR system to be maintained and updated at a timely and efficient manner;
• Develop and implement recruitment, selection and on-boarding process with the aim of hiring and retaining talents;
• Plan and develop the talent and succession planning pipeline;
• Responsible for ensuring all required reports to the head office are submitted in a timely manner;
• Manages and resolves employee relation issues and conducts effective, thorough and objective investigation;
• Plan, deliver, and monitor effectiveness of training and development programs and follow-up to ensure training and development objectives are met;
• Work in partnership with the management to drive employee engagement, utilizing annual feedback and data from the global [email protected] survey;
• Responsible for other HR initiatives including the development, expansion and implementation of performance management;
• Drive and support organization development activities and initiatives, including global culture change and transformation programmes;
• Analyse trends and metrics in partnership to develop solutions and programs;
• Responsible for payroll and/or payroll outsourcing matters for the region;
• Ensure annual staff cost budget of the region could be making out timely and accurately;
• Responsible for annual salary review for the region;
• Perform total rewards market competition and employee benefits analysis on a regular basis, sharing with management and reviewing Santa Fe’s competitive advantage;
• Establishes and maintains the good relationships with relevant governmental ministries;
• Attend to any duty and assume responsibility as directed as and when required by management.

 

Job Requirements:
• Degree holder with minimum 10 years generalist HR experience gained from MNC;
• Proactive, pleasant & detail-minded;
• Well-versed in the HK Employment Ordinance and HR related legislations;
• Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and multi-tasking skills;
• Ability to think strategically and participate in business planning;
• Experience in a Regional role is definitely an advantage.
