Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Administration Team in carrying out the office administration duties including procurement, service or office equipment sourcing, daily mailing arrangement and the preparation of relevant reports etc
- Ensure a smooth operation of air-conditioning system and liaise with relevant parties for enhancement and or maintenance
- Assist in office installation jobs, repair and maintenance within an agreeable timeframe
- Assist in the reception duties as when required
Requirements:
- F.6 graduated or above, with working experience in the administration field is preferred
- Good interpersonal and communications skills and able to work under pressure
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Outdoor and manual labor work are required for this job
- Proficient in computer applications including MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Identification with Oxfam’s mission and vision is highly desirable
