Responsibilities:

• Prepare standard procurement documentation in accordance with the established policies and procedures
• Handle low value purchases and assist supervisors to handle medium-to-high value purhcase
• Carry out Request for Quotation exercises, identify and evaluate potential suppliers and prepare purchase orders
• Conduct market research and assist in sourcing activities
• Provide administrative support to procurement operations including report generation and central filing of all correspondences
• Respond promptly to the user enquiry about procurement status and process
• Take part in any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Procurement & Supply or other related disciplines
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in sizable organizations
• Familiar with contracting and tendering process
• Preferably with experience in using Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system, e.g. Oracle Financial System/ Procurement system
• Experience in procurement for corporate goods and services is preferred
• Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proficient in MS Office application
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is preferred
