Job Description
1. 兼職文員 Part Time Clerk
Working Schedule: Mon - Fri: 10am – 7pm (2-3 days per week)
Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical support to Business Development Department
- Ensure accurate data entry
- Prepare agreement and sales reports
- Arrange document delivery by courier
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirement:
- F.5 or above with at least 1 year working experience
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Familiar with MS Office , Excel and Chinese word processing
- Immediate available is preferred
2. 兼職客戶服務助理 Part Time Customer Service Assistant
工作時間: 星期一至五: 4:30pm - 8:30pm (每週工作 2天至 4天)
職責：
- 於取貨櫃台提供基本客戶服務
- 少量電腦文書處理
- 負責倉務日常運作，包括盤點、分發貨物等安排
入職要求：
- 中五或以上程度
- 略懂簡單英語, 懂一般電腦運作
- 有客戶服務工作經驗優先
薪金 : 每小時$60.00
