A leading Japanese company is now seeking for a high caliber Legal Secretary to be participated to their organization:

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the team in contract drafting and review, contract management and legal research.
• Handle company secretarial matter with the assistance of external service provider
• Maintain and handle trade (import/export) control guidelines and system set up internally
• Perform general administrative duties (e.g. preparing training and presentation materials, documentations, internal reports and meeting arrangements)
• Ad hoc duties assigned as required

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Law or related discipline
• At least 2 to 3 years legal and administration work experience in law firm or in-house legal department
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), Japanese is an advantage but not essential
• Proficiency in English and Chinese word processing
• Organized, responsible and possess good communication skills

Good remuneration package to the right candidate such as 14 mths salary + discretionary bonus, 5 days work, medical and OT...etc
