Job Description
Administrative Assistant of Operation Department
- Supporting the Operation Department on all administrative work
- Coordinating with Customer Service Department and with external product providers
Requirements
- Degree holder
- 1 - 2 years’ working experience is preferable
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably in Mandarin
- Proficient knowledge in computer applications (including Microsoft Word, excel and Chinese word processing)
- Good communication skills, independent, self-initiative and able to work under pressure
- Attentive to details and be a good team player
- Immediate available preferred
