Job Description
Job Duties

Provide clerical and administrative support to HR functions, mainly in retail recruitment;

Assist in administer and update the HRMS and maintain accurate staff information;

Prepare reports in an accurate and timely manner;

Assist in all others ad hoc projects as required by superiors.
Requirements:
-
Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
-
Year 2-3 university students are preferable;
-
Mature, self-motivated, good interpersonal skills, details-oriented and able to work independently;

Good communication & interpersonal skills, reliable and organized;
-
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
-
Immediate available is preferred.
