Job Description

Job Duties

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to HR functions, mainly in retail recruitment;
  • Assist in administer and update the HRMS and maintain accurate staff information;
  • Prepare reports in an accurate and timely manner;
  • Assist in all others ad hoc projects as required by superiors.

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
  • Year 2-3 university students are preferable;
  • Mature, self-motivated, good interpersonal skills, details-oriented and able to work independently;
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills, reliable and organized;
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Immediate available is preferred.
