Position Type: Permanent – Full-time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 14:00 to 23:00
Working location: Hong Kong
Salary: HK$17,000 ~ 20,000 / month

Responsibilities:

• To provide administrative support to an investment portfolio including cross checking daily investment activities.
• To reconcile and verify the accuracy of activities and charges involved.
• To alert team on investments and markets daily news and activities.
• To provide researches and reports on projects and investment opportunities identified.
• To handle ad-hoc tasks and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above
• Preferably with work experience in investment field
• Detail-minded and sensitive to numbers
• At least 2 years administrative work
• Fluency in both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Proficient in MS Office applications i.e. Word Processing & Excel etc.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Hard working, responsible, self-motivated and willing to learn
• Immediate available is preferred
