Responsibilities:

• Perform full spectrum of office administration duties including procurement, facilities management and equipment maintenance, insurance/ license renewal, fixed asset management
• Liaise with outsource IT consultant on IT issues
• Perform general reception duties such as handling telephone calls, mailing / courier services / greeting guests, and tidiness of facilities
• Coordinate and negotiate with external parties, like building management office, service contractors and suppliers
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with a pass in English Language in HKCEE / HKDSE
• A minimum of 5 years working experience in general administration, preferably in sizable company
• Responsible, well-organized, independent, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proactive with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office application such as MS word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
