Job Description
The Job
- Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Team
- Prepare reports in an accurate and timely manner
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
The Person
- Diploma in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- Good communication & interpersonal skills, reliable and organized
- Good command of written and spoken both in English and Chinese
- Proficient in Photoshop will be an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing)
- Immediate available is preferred
