Project Manager / Project Secretary

• Good communication and coordinating with management level, clients, contractor and foreman, monitoring implementation of project, resolving on-site technical issues, good organizational and time-management skills;

• Ability to motivate team members in a cross functional environment

• Responsible for overall project planning, co-ordination and management of site works including daily paper works;

• Good presentation, negotiation, interpersonal skills, willing to learn and work under pressure;

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;

• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook);

• Minimum 5 years working experience in project management;

• Have knowledge on stone material and site measurement is preferable

 Sales Executive  

• To find and reach the potential clients to achieve the sales target

• Self-motivated, responsible, well-organized and skilled with good communication

• 3 year experience in Building Material and Contracting sales field

• Good connection with Property Developers, Builder & Architects, Designers prefer.
