Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide general office administrative support
- Handle procurement of office supplies and maintenance of facilities and equipment
- Handle documents scanning and filing
- Prepare payment records including stationery, name card, vehicle expenses, postage, etc.
- Handle document storage and retrieval requests
- Provide backup reception duties
- Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Form 6 or above
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Manadarin)
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Good communication and organization skills
