Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial to Senior Admin officer and administrative supports to CS and Accounting Department.
- Input and update order data & personal particulars into our system.
- To manage the registered healthcare personnel and the billing/preparing invoice.
- Independent, careful and enjoy figure works.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects whenever necessary.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in any discipline
- 1 years or above related working experience.
- Shift duty is a MUST. (0900-1800/1200-2100/1300-2200)
- Good typing skills - minimum English typing speed 50 wpm, Chinese 30 wpm
- High proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
