Job Descriptions

• Report to the Team Leader, preparing required documents and generate proposals as requested.
• Communicate within the team to ensure timely and quality responses to enquiries.
• Support in client meeting upon request, follow-up customers application, provide secretarial and administrative support.
• Participate in projects to enhance team efficiency and service level.
• Handle customers’ data processing.
• Assist in any ad-hoc tasks or duties as requested.

Job Requirements

• Form 5 or above, professional insurance qualification or having passed IIQE Paper I , III & V is preferred.
• Proven work experience, preferably in insurance or customer service field. ( less experience will also be considered )
• Excellent communication interpersonal skills and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Capable to work independently, willingness and ability to take on additional responsibilities
• Good at Chinese & English
• Fluent in Mandarin

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Administration Assistant
