Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic business development plan for optimizing customer satisfaction and treatment quality
• Identify and analyze the training needs, formulate training strategies and design in- house training programs to meet the ever-changing market environment
• Identify and explore potential, beauty apparatus, treatment & service for business expansion
• Prepare, review and update the training materials and manuals
• Measure and quantify the effectiveness of all training delivered
• Gather data about consumers, competitors and market conditions to perform analysis of company to support business planning
• Keep abreast of market and industry trends, treatment skillsets, competitors, and all aspects of the beauty market
• Collaborate with operation team ensuring the training needs are fully met with corporate standards to provide premium customer satisfaction

 Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in beauty industry with at least 2 years training experience
• ITEC/C&G Level 4, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or NVQ Level 3 equivalent 
• Mature with strong presentation, excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• A good team player, organized and able to work under fast-paced working environment
• Self-initiated, customer-oriented, proactive
• Proficient in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Good knowledge in Ms Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Less experience will be considered as Business Development Executive
