My client is a reputable and market leading fast growing Main Contractor in Hong Kong, to deal with the newly awarded projects.

The Role:

• Managing full spectrum of HR services, not limited to Compensation & Benefit, talent acquisition, training and development, employee relations, performance management and other ad hoc HR projects as required
• Developing HR policies and procedures to support the business plan and agenda
• Participating in HR projects not limited to campus recruitment and mass recruitment events
• Compiling HR analytical reports for management review

Requirements:

• Degree holder in HR or related disciplines
• at least 10 years' HR experience (preferred in Construction / Engineering market)
• Previous experience in HRIS implementation
• Excellent communication skills with people at all levels in the business
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
