Responsibilities
- Provide sales administration support for retail operation for HK store
- Generate regular sales statistics and reports for management review
- Conduct CRM analysis
- Handle sales analysis report & retail staff attendance record
- Communicated with warehouse / shops on replenishment and delivery
- New store opening & closing preparation
Requirements
- Degree holder
- 2 years’ relevant working experience in retail industry in retail operation/ CRM
- Welcome candidate from different function with strong excel skills too
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Responsible, Independent, self-initiative and attention to details
- More experience will be considered as Assistant Retail Operation Manager
