We are looking for a Human Resources Director to join Pirata Group in Hong Kong.

Role summary:

• You will be responsible for developing HR strategies and providing sound advice to senior management on all related subjects.
• The HR Director must be an experienced professional with deep knowledge of all matters concerning the HR function. You should be able to manage programmes and lead team members while also possessing a strong strategic mindset for the Group
• The goal is to ensure that all HR needs of the company are being met and are aligned with all business objectives.

Person profile:

• Strong communication, strategic, analytical, and organisational skills 
• Experience developing and managing a HR function in a complex and fast paced environment
• High level Computer literacy in HR systems, ATS, word processing
• Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams 
• The ability to manage multiple projects at a time 

Professional qualifications:  

• A proven track record of success, working at Director level with exposure across Hong Kong and overseas
• At least 5 years’ F&B or Hotel industry experience in a senior HR capacity
• Bachelors’ degree holder in Human Resources, Business Studies or related discipline
• A Masters/Postgraduate degree in a related field is highly desirable
