Responsibilities: 

• Assist in project coordination including administration & documentation support
• Provide marketing support including maintenance of social media and website
• Provide support on event planning
• Travel to PRC is required
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements:

• University graduates
• Degree in Fashion/Textiles/Marketing or related disciplines is an advantage
• At least 1 year of experience in project administration/project coordination/marketing
• Strong multitasking and organisation skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• Hands-on experience in Ai (Adobe illustrator) or eDM is preferred
• Fresh graduates are welcome

Terms of Appointment:  Starting salary and level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Remuneration package will be highly competitive.  The Authority provides excellent staff development opportunities.
