Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for a full spectrum of C&B functions such as payroll calculation for both Hong Kong and Macau stores staffs, MPF administration, attendance & leave management, final payment, taxation, benefits & insurance administration.
• Assist to managing HRIS implementation and maintenance.
• Assist to annual C&B exercises such as budgeting, performance management, annual salary review, discretionary bonus and sales incentive programs.
• Prepare both regular and ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Commission calculation experience is a must
• Minimum 3 years human resources experience preferably in retail industry
• Well-versed with HK and Macau employment ordinance and related legislation
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, pro-active, sensitive to figures, good team-player, work independently and detail-minded
• Good time management & fast paced
• Proficiency in MS Office applications especially in Excel and HRIS
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
• Macau Payroll experience is definitely an advantage
• Immediate available is preferred
