Job Description

Responsibilities:
Business Responsibilities
According to the actual situation and development plan of the company, to draft human resources plan;

  • Organize and formulate rules and regulations, implementation rules and working procedures of the Company's employment system, personnel management system, labor wage system, personnel file management system, staff handbook and training program;
  • Organize staff performance appraisal and be responsible for reviewing the assessment and training results;
  • Review and approve the negligence and incentive report;
  • Responsible for collecting potential and needed talent information within and outside the company and organizing recruitment;
  • handle staff complaints and labor disputes matters for timely solution;
  • Understand the work situation of Human Resources Department, collect and analyze relevant data, personnel and labor information;
  • Formulate the Employee Compensation Plan and report to the General Manager for approval before moving to the Accounting Department.
  • Formulate a professional training program;
  • Strengthen linkages with outside companies.
  • On behalf of the Company, liaison with government counterparts and relevant social groups and organizations

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree holder in human resources management or relevant disciplines;
  • Over 10 years of experience in HR disciplines with at least 3 years in management positions in sizable organizations;
  • Experience in consumer goods, wellness, health & beauty, retailer of Hong Kong & USA is preferable;
  • In-depth knowledge on HR strategic planning, Employment Ordinance and business practices in Hong Kong;
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese
  • Strategic thinker with commitment in creating values and delivering practical solutions;
  • People oriented, self-driven with excellent presentation and influencing skills to communicate effectively with all levels of staff;
