Job Responsibilities:
The school office manager / supervisor is mainly responsible for providing administrative management to the School Office in line with Foundation’s strategies, policies and guidelines.

The post holder is accountable for:

• Setting up and maintaining the standard operating procedures for daily school and office operations, such as school admissions, parents’ enquiries, and logistic support for school annual functions;
• Assisting the co-Principals in cross-departmental meetings and communication;
• Coordinating the logistic support for school functions and activities;
• Supervising the School Office team and work-related functions, and maintaining good team spirit and support;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Supervisor.

Job requirements:

• Degree Holder with a minimum of 5 years working experience, with at least 2 years at a supervisory level; experience in school administration setting is preferred;
• Detail-oriented, with excellent customer-service skills;
• Strong organization, interpersonal and communication skills;
• High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
• Well-versed in MS Office applications;
• Mature, independent, and flexible
