Job Description

Our Client, a statutory body dedicated to promoting Hong Kong trade, explore opportunities for Hong Kong companies especially small and medium-sized enterprises, is seeking a Temporary Event Administrator to support their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Business Matching Executives to implement business matching projects by preparing eDM, telemarketing, appointment schedule, services report, system and data input, etc.
  • Escort buyers and suppliers, Hong Kong and overseas companies for business meetings
  • Provide onsite logistic supports and arrangements
  • Work outside office during fair/ event period

Requirements:

  • Outgoing and proactive
  • with excellent customer service skills
  • Supportive and able to work with the team
  • F.7 above (prefer University graduated)
  • Fluent Cantonese, good English & Mandarin
  • Better have some past experience in office work, and/or customer relations or telemarketing
