Job Duties:

• To liaise directly with agents and subcontractors
• To prepare air & sea, import & export documents and shipment follow up and invoicing
• To handle custom declaration
• To provide on-site servicing for art fairs, private and corporate clients if necessary
• To update inventory record
• To undertake a variety of administrative and clerical tasks
• To perform ad hoc assignment or projects assigned by Management

Requirements:

• Diploma or Associate Degree
• 1 year work experience, fresh graduated is welcome
• Good command in written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Attention to details and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications
• Immediate available is preferred

Office Location: Wanchai

Office Hours: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (Mondays - Fridays)
