Responsibilities

• Demonstrating compliance with internal & external regulation
• Performing settlements and managing mail distributions for client confirmation
• Managing administrative works. Liaise with internal  / external trustee and clients
• Preparing reports to clients / members on a regular basis
• Performing accurate and timely data input

Requirements

• Degree holder in any aspects or fresh graduates are welcome
• Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel)
• Knowledge in MPF / ORSO scheme would be advantageous
• A team player but also be able to work individually
• Proficient in Cantonese, English
