Company Description
Our client is a well-known and sizeable company. They are looking for an Office Admin Manager to join their large team and is responsible for the entire office building.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a sizable team of administrative staff to maintain a safe, secure, clean, tidy and work environment and to provide quality administrative services preparing annual budgets, monitoring and controlling office expenses
- Plan and draft office layout plans, supervising renovation and relocation projects
- Negotiate and review contracts with vendors providing goods and services to the office
- Formulate and review office manuals, safety and security rules
- Assist in organizing staff events in the office building and coordinate with various internal parties
Requirements
- Degree holders with over 8 years’ relevant all-round office administration experience with at least 4 years at managerial level in sizable companies supervising a sizeable team with office size not less than 30,000 s.f. gross
- Organized, detailed, able to handle multi-tasks effectively and prioritize works to meet tight schedules / deadlines
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills
- Willing to work beyond office hours and on weekends/holidays to supervise/monitor office renovation/relocation projects
- Advanced users of Microsoft Office applications and knowledge in AutoCAD preferred
- Proficient in written English and Chinese
