Responsibilities:

• As a key member of the HR team, the incumbent will be responsible for providing day-to-day quality HR services to staff at all levels
• Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers to provide support to better understand and utilize HR tools, processes and policies
• Liaise with business lines, candidates, job posting channels and recruitment agencies
• Manage staff Medical insurance and leave records
• HK work visa’s application / renewal
• Salaries Tax filling for the IRD forms
• Partner with line managers to provide one-stop professional HR services including but not limited to end-to-end recruitment, staff services, monthly payroll, staff engagement activities, training & development and prepare analysis reports for management review, as well as support other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• At least 4 years stable and all-round HR experiences
• Mature, able to work independently and under pressure
• Strong communication skills with all levels staff
• Multi-tasking, strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, planning & organizational skills are essential
• Good in both written & spoken in English and Chinese
• Proficiency in PC operations and MS Office
• Immediately available would be an advantage
