Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of HR duties including payroll calculation, leave management, MPF administration, recruitment, tax filing and work visa application/ renewal
• Responsible for performance management
• Maintain and update personnel records
• Assist to implement Staff Handbook
• Coordinate and execute various employee relations programs and activities
• Liaise with brokers and/ or providers for insurance renewal
• Support office administrative operations including office equipment procurement and maintenance
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or above
• Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience in sizable company or MNC
• Mature, detail-minded, well organized with strong numerical sense
• Familiar with HK Employment, MPF and Taxation Ordinance
• Proficient in MS Office including Word and Excel
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred
