Job Description
Project Co-coordinator / customer services officer perform a coordination role on building maintenance projects, include but not limited to customer relation, safety check and documentary records etc. in building maintenance projects
Typically involve:
- Customer Relation
- Scheduling
- Taking Photo Records
- Reporting & filing
- ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications;
- liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project;
- Communicating with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress;
- day-to-day management of the site, including safety, supervising and monitoring the site labour force
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- No experience required. Relevant working experience will be an asset.
- Willing to travel site to site across Hong Kong SAR
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
- Independent with strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
- Self-motivated
- Team player
- Immediately available is preferred
- Head office located in Tuen Mun
- 6 working days (8am – 6pm)

$12,000 +
