Responsibilities:

1. Handle full spectrum of HR tasks such as daily HR operations, HR system, Compensation & benefits, etc
2. Coordinate office administration such as consumables/purchase, renovations/maintenance, sports/activities, Occupational safety & health, etc.
3. Liaise with different levels of people such as team heads, management, IT, receptionists, staff from headquarters, as well as internal/external service providers
4. Learn and promote values and culture of headquarter
5. Any ad hoc task arises as per business need

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Degree holder with over 3 years’ relevant experience in all-rounded HR and admin
2. Ability to manage HR and admin related IT systems in large corporation
3. Strong numeric sense and ability to process data in MS Excel
4. Knowledge in HR related ordinances and practices
5. Be resourceful in simple design / related tools is a definite advantage
6. Be a good team player with positive mind-set and can-do attitude
7. Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking to variety of tasks
8. Well versed with MS Office, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint & Word with Chinese word processing
9. Multi-lingual skills with high proficiency in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
10. Occasional travel when required (mainly Shenzhen)
