Job Description
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Liaise closely with clients and factories to manage orders and inquiries
- Proactively resolve open issues and efficiently track project status.
- Liaise with factories, Merchandise team and clients to review production concerns
- Assist in Product testing process completed by third party laboratories.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ years work experience in a Production or Manufacturing environment
- Form 7 or above are welcomed
- Strong command of English and Mandarin.
- Good communication skills with management and coworkers.
- Confident but respectful attitude.
- Must be able to work independently but still work well with teammates.
- Must be able to identify and prioritize responsibilities
- Immediate availability is an advantage
