Responsibilities: 

• Be responsible for HR functions with focus on performance management, talent succession planning, corporate trainings etc.
• Act as a strategic advisor to provide professional and effective L&D solution to cope with business growth
• Partner with HRBP on annual corporate performance management and talent succession planning programs
• Design and deliver learning and development programs to help employees grow with fast developing business environment
• Implement new e-Goals, e-Performance Evaluation and e-Learn framework and launch them across Asia JV markets
• Provide regional support in key L&D initiatives and participant in ad hoc projects

Requirements: 

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• 10 years solid experience in L&D role, more than 3 years in managerial role
• Strong communication skill in both English and Chinese (Mandarin is a on plus)
• Proactive and resourceful at work
• Strong presentation skills and be able to demonstrate the ability of coaching and mentoring
• Strong planning and time management skills to prioritize and complete tasks on schedule with high accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications – Word, Excel & PPT
