Job Description
Account Assistant / Executive
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily accounting operation, invoices checking, prepare vouchers, payment and filing
- Handle A/R & A/P and all monthly reports
- Provide general support and assist in other ad-hoc assignment
Job Requirements
- F.5 or above with LCC higher certificate
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge in using MS applications and accounting software (SAP prefer)
- Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Initiative, High sense of responsibility, well organized, good team work spirit and work independently.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
- Based on experience, salary HKD10,000 - 14,000 with year end bonus
