Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical support on daily operations
• Stone grading, sizing and sorting
• Carry out the quality check of incoming loose stones and certificate stones
• Monitor and follow-up the stone inventory, maintain inventory accuracy and system updating  
• Operate various stone checking machines to perform stone testing 
• Manage the stone inventory under QC process including stock in/out and daily stock count 
• Attend exhibitions if needed 
• Other duties as per assigned by the management
  
  

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above 
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in stone grading, with passion in diamond and Jewelry industry 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills 
• Able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, should be able to work both independently and as part of a team. 
• Honest, organized, responsible and hardworking 
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Knowledge with MS Excel
