Responsibilities

• To formulate partnership with management / project leaders in assisting the business 
• To copy with their business challenges in a strategic way throughout the HR cycle and for providing leadership direction the HR BP team
• To develop and implement HR initiatives which aligning with the business goals with the objective of delivering value-added HR services to the business and employees

Requirements:

• University graduate in Human Resources Management or related discipline 
• Minimum of 5-8 years HR management experience with solid multinational firm exposure
• Experience in the role of Business Partner as well as regional exposure  
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Passionate, independent and energetic 
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint in particular) 
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
