Job Description
PersonalAssistant
We invite high caliber talent to apply for Personal Assistant to join our Hong Kong Division. This position supports our Senior Management in daily business and personal matters within a fast-paced successful team.
Job Responsibilities
Provide full range of personal support to boss and boss’ family;
Prepare and handle emails and correspondence
Manage domestic helpers' and drivers' schedules
Handle properties related matters
Maintain filing, database and archives
Provide support to boss as required
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree, preferable with overseas study experience;
Experienced in handling and scheduling personal and household matters;
Minimum 3 years relevant experience;
Familiar with handling properties related matters;
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills;
Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable;
Immediate availability or short notice period preferred
