Duties:

• To provide clerical support to the School of Nursing and assist in its daily operations (such as handling phone calls and enquiries, documentation and filing, managing and ordering of office supplies, etc.)
• To assist in handling student affairs
• To assist in coordinating activities of the School
• To perform general librarian duties

Requirements:

• Form 5 graduate or above
• At least 1 year’s working experience
• Proficiency in using Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Familiar with English and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Due to the implementation of the Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC) Scheme, the Hospital may request the prospective employees of relevant positions to undergo SCRC.
