Job Description
Reporting to Manager, Human Resources Services for Head Office based in HK, we are seeking an individual to support the Human Resources Services team.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide professional human resources services including sourcing, selection and recruitment, onboarding and orientation, and offboarding
- Act as the point-of-contact for staff on matters relating to Human Resources and ensure the delivery of HR services in line with HR strategy
- Participate in the review of HR policies, guidelines and procedures and provide relevant input and feedback to meet the changing requirements
- Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources Services team
- Maintain and update staff records including onboarding, offboarding, promotion and transfer, generating reports as required
- Assist in promoting and implementing change programs, organise staff engagement events and cultivate desired culture
General requirements
- Higher Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
- A minimum of three years’ Human Resources experience, preferably in a hands-on and dynamic work environment as HR generalist
- Excellent service mindset and genuine interest in championing Human Resources initiatives
- Self-motived, detailed-oriented, well-organised and a good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS
- Ability to communicate in English fluently, both written and spoken
