Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for part-time and daily workers' payroll and MPF administration
  • To provide support in staffing services
  • To assist in other HR routines and planned projects as assigned by direct manager
  • To provide administrative support to management as requested

 

Requirements:

  • A recognized degree or tertiary qualification in BA, Human Resources or Social Science related disciplines
  • At least 1 year or above working experience in various HR functions preferably in compensation and benefits, employee relations in SME
  • Good knowledge in Employment Ordinance and basic understanding in other legislations in Hong Kong like MPF, MWO, PDPO, EOO, etc preferably
  • Detailed-minded, numerical sensitive, self-initiative, high integrity (a must), positive and can-do attitude, happy character, independent and a collaborative team player
  • Effective communication and interpersonal relationship, able to deal with various levels of staff is a definite advantage
  • Good written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Chinese Word Processing
