Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for part-time and daily workers' payroll and MPF administration
- To provide support in staffing services
- To assist in other HR routines and planned projects as assigned by direct manager
- To provide administrative support to management as requested
Requirements:
- A recognized degree or tertiary qualification in BA, Human Resources or Social Science related disciplines
- At least 1 year or above working experience in various HR functions preferably in compensation and benefits, employee relations in SME
- Good knowledge in Employment Ordinance and basic understanding in other legislations in Hong Kong like MPF, MWO, PDPO, EOO, etc preferably
- Detailed-minded, numerical sensitive, self-initiative, high integrity (a must), positive and can-do attitude, happy character, independent and a collaborative team player
- Effective communication and interpersonal relationship, able to deal with various levels of staff is a definite advantage
- Good written and spoken English & Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Chinese Word Processing
