Responsibilities

• Transaction monitoring to spot suspicious cases 
• Performing transaction and data input
• Performing settlements and managing mail distributions for client confirmation
• Conducting administrative duties and working closely with internal staffs
• Maintaining internal control standards to handle issues raised by external regulators

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and effective communication skills
• Degree holder in any aspects or fresh graduates are welcome
• Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel)
• Detail-focused mindset with a proactive attitude
• Be able to work and report to senior colleagues with timely manner
• A team player but also be able to work individually
• Proficient in English and Cantonese
