Job Description

We are looking for a talent to support our Event Team for daily office and event operation.

 

Duties:

- Perform clerical duties, e.g. data entry, scanning, filing, printing etc.

- Contact candidates for interview arrangement, scheduling and schedule confirmation

- Provide secretarial and logistical support

- Assist in recruitment, project and event implementation

- Perform other ad-hoc duties

 

Requirements:

- DSE or above

- Patient, pleasant and good customer services

- Highly flexible in working hours

- Able to work at least 2 - 3 days per week, including weekends and public holidays
