Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administration support for Channel Business and handle Channel enquiries
- Handle customer enquiries regarding all the activities across insurance process such as general enquires, policy admin, as well as claims
- Report to supervisor about problems, potential crisis, and complaints for service improvements
- Handle any ad hoc duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree in any discipline
- Hands-on experience in customer service
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Responsible, well-organized and attentive to details
- Fresh Graduated are also welcome
