Job Description
Our Client has three companies in Hong Kong, specializing in medical healthcare, marketing and jewelry rental. They are currently looking for Secretary to join their family.
Responsibilities:
- Direct report to Director
- Provide secretariat and administrative support, such as taking meeting minutes, documentation, etc.
- Assist sales team
- Assist in conducting market research and analyzing market trends
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- At least 1 year working experience in administration, secretary, personal assistant or project management is highly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Good team player, good communication skills, and highly efficient
