Job Title: Administrative Officer/ Secretary

Job Description:

- To provide office administrative support

- To provide clerical support on immigration services

- To provide ad hoc assistance to the company Director

- To act as a liaison person and communicate with colleagues in China

- Book-keeping

Requirement:

- Degree holder of any stream

- 1 year experience in office administration preferred

- Relevant experience to work in or communicate with the Immigration Department is highly advantageous

- Excellent in written Chinese

- Native in spoken Chinese

- Communicable in written and spoken English

- Able to work independently
