Summary:

Responsibilities:

The major responsibilities of performing a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support will include:

• Drafting, formatting and preparing legal correspondences and legal documents
• Handling bills
• Inputting time sheets
• Binding legal documents
• Travel arrangement, entering time sheets and expense claims

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 year/s of Legal Secretary experience within the corporate practice
• Candidates from local firms are welcomed
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and spoken Mandarin
• Chinese typing skills is preferred
• Able to work independently and with positive working attitude
• Sensible, self-motivated
