Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in provide full spectrum of general administration and clerical duties;
- Handle recruitment, including post job ad, screen CV, arrange an interview;
- Conduct the reference check and prepare employment contract;
- Update and maintain mass database in accuracy;
- Handle leave management, monthly payroll, MPF, Medical and Insurance Administration duties;
- Assist in ad-hoc HR and Admin projects as assigned;
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above with major in HR or related disciplines;
- Minimum with 3 years HR & Admin. experience was gain in sizeable or listed company with stable history;
- Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility;
- Detail mind, organized and able to prioritise multiple deadlines;
- Proficiency in MS Office applications;
- Excellent in Chinese writing and mandarin;
- Immediately available is MUST.
