Job Description
Jobs Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors sitting at reception desk
- Answer and transfer telephone calls in a professional manner
- Responsible for office administration function such as stationery ordering & pantry supplies, flight and hotel reservation, arrangement of courier and office equipment maintenance
- Arrange conference room reservations and scheduling
- Provide clerical and administrative support such as filing, data entry, cheques deposit
- Occasional outdoor work
Jobs Requirements:
- HKDSE or above
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Excellent command of communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent, flexible, well-organized, mature mindset, with strong sense of responsibility
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Chinese word processing
- Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Immediately available is preferable
