Job Description
Our client is an architecture, planning & Interior Design Company in Hong Kong, they are seeking candidates to join their Hong Kong office as a Office Admin cum Personal Assistant.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any disciplines
- At least 2 years Office Admin, HR & Secretarial, Bookkeeping experience in serving senior management, (Pref in Architecture, Interior Design Company)
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
- Proficient PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Mature, well-organized and able to work independently
- Immediately available is highly preferred
