We are hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant in our Hong Kong office.

• A total of around 3-4 years of experience in sales or in a client-facing role
• At least 1-2 years experience recruiting IT candidates such as Software Developers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, etc.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates
• Should have consistently closed deals
• Loves to network and is not shy to ask for referrals
• Excellent communication skills and a good listener
• Willing to mentor junior recruitment consultants in the team

We ideally prefer to hire someone full-time permanent for this role. However, we are also open to hiring the right person on a part-time basis (for example, to support working mothers)
